Objetivo

Este manual orienta a equipe t\u00e9cnica da Falemais a ativar n\u00fameros WhatsApp Business API de clientes utilizando o Graph API Explorer da Meta. Este processo substitui o antigo fluxo com certificado.
Tempo estimado: 5 minutos por n\u00famero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dados Necess\u00e1rios Antes de Come\u00e7ar

1. Token do System User da Falemais \u2014 gerado em Meta Business Suite > Usu\u00e1rios do Sistema > FaleMais App > Gerar token (com expira\u00e7\u00e3o Nunca).
2. Phone Number ID do cliente \u2014 numero longo encontrado no Gerenciador do WhatsApp ao clicar no n\u00famero do cliente (ex: 1150298228167169).
3. Acesso ao n\u00famero f\u00edsico do cliente para receber o codigo OTP ap\u00f3s o registro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Nunca reutilize tokens expirados ou compartilhados. Se o token foi exposto, anule-o e gere um novo antes de prosseguir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
